i'm having a problem with putting picture's onto my laptop from my Fuji Film z10. when i connect it to the laptop it does not show in MY COMPUTER. so there is nothing i can click on to get to the picture's/video's on My Camera & also it says FRAME NO. FULL even tho my SD card is empty. Is there any way i can like Soft reset it to get everything back & running?
Remove the card from the camera and use either your laptops built-in card reader or buy one from Walmart, Best Buy, Fry's...
...it's much simpler doing it this way, is often faster, and always preferable.
Well first take a few pictures on your camera so you have something to upload. Sometimes this is a problem with the individual usb port, try a different one and see if that will help. If that does not work try it on a different computer. If it does not work on the other computer then the problem is with your camera and you will need to get a card reader, some printers have them built in as well. You can also check under device manager in my computer if your camera shows up, there might be an option there to reinstall drivers, you can try that if it works on another computer but not yours
