I have a Canon T1i, and when shot indoors, the video comes out with a yellow hue. If this is an obvious fix, my bad; but help is MUCH appreciated. I can't stand it!

I guess you didn't set your white balance when you shot indoors. You need to set it to incandescent if that is the prevailing lighting.
Each time you shoot under different lighting conditions, you need to make the correct white balance.
