What are the steps to use it?
Below is a link to youtube with a time lapse video and it is clearly stated that a Canon 50D was used. You may also need some additional device.
The second link (photo.net) listed below is to a website that is a very large onlline community of photographers and there are discussion forums where you can find some very good advice.
