If you can still find them, the Nikon D40 with 18-55 mm lens costs about £230 and that is the lowest price DSLR available
You will just have to save your pennies until your budget for such a camera meets that price range

Even used, that will be hard to find. A first generation DSLR like a Canon 300D or so may be found at that price point, but that's about it.
Save another hundred quid and you will be much more likely to find something.
