Which is cheaper? Better quality? Other kind of lens I should get? I have a canon d500.. Im open to any kind of shooting.

Sigma is better in terms of value retention and durability, the tamron 18-200 is probably a better lens than the 18-270, but tamron's main downfall lies within the cheap plastic the barrel is made up of. both have great glass and will work fine, the latter also has a intriguingly larger range.

On a sidenote Canon d500? Is this a Canon Rebel xti (500D) or a nikon D5000?
Both make some good lenses, so if the Tamron's longer zoom range is of help to you then I would lean toward it.
